Welcome
Château Gaillot-Fournier is located east of Bordeaux in the charming Entre-Deux-Mers region, also known as the French Tuscany.
In conversion to organic farming since 2020, we're happy to offer wines that are like us, generous and authentic.

The vine
This is where it all begins!
Particular attention is paid to vine pruning, which is adapted to each plot and determines the success of the current and future vintages.
The soil is silty-clayey, on asteriated limestone plateaus, which outcrops on the slopes.

At the winery
The watchword is respect for the harvest, avoiding any input that might alter it.
About ten days are needed for alcoholic fermentation.
We use a gentle vinification process, depending on the potential of each vat.
Final blending is carried out with the assistance of our consultant oenologist.
Cuvée Réserve is aged in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
The winemaker
Pierre-Jean Brunet fell in love with this hillside terroir. This discovery inspired him to take the plunge in 2019, to perpetuate local traditions and know-how while experimenting with new techniques in the vineyard and cellar.
An adventure rich in learning and human experience. Today, we are proud of what we produce and hope to share this pleasure with you.
He welcomes you to the Château during the week and by appointment at weekends.
